Why Ayurgamaya?

A different taste of India

So often, I hear from Westerners that India is “intense” and a “difficult place to travel.”

I can only imagine what it has been like for them, being plopped into New Delhi by a large travel agency, or bravely launching out alone with a guide book.

While I applaud their efforts, it is my goal that all travelers to India are able to experience my beloved Kerala for themselves.

It is as different from Delhi as Northern California is from Washington D.C., and is the most peaceful, rejuvenating place on Earth.

It truly is it’s namesake, God’s Own Country.

Why Ayurgamaya?

The moment you contact me, you will understand what it means to be treated personally.

My interest form is thorough, so that I may fully understand how we can create a powerful experience for you.

We will schedule a one-on-one session, where I will guide you through a few healing modalities of my ancestors.

Next, I will guide you through the perfect trip to India for the wellness of your mind, body, and spirit.

Why Ayurveda?

I specialize in Panchakarma treatment because of the awesome transformative potential of this sacred, ancient program.

In ancient Sanskrit, āyur means life, or vital power, and veda means knowledge.

I know no other medicine so deep and powerful.

The royals and the affluent of Kerala have been doing regular Panchakarmas to maintain youth and vitality for thousands of years.

I have carefully crafted relationships with clinics like Sitaram Ayurveda Beach Retreat, CGH, Kairali Ayurveda and Punarnava Ayurveda, to name a few, that are 100% authentic, verified, and offer the highest in hygiene and comfort.

The Physicians are Doctors of Medicine (MD) who have undergone the basic rigorous medical training equivalent to a General Physician and a three year post graduate degree in Ayurveda.

Some of them like Sitaram Ayurveda Beach Retreat and Kairali Ayurveda even come from hundreds of years of Ayurveda lineage.

And India has even more to offer.

I enjoy unlocking the treasures of India’s bucket list experiences for you.

One-on-one astrology sessions in India, the birthplace of astrology, are truly mystical.

India leads the artistic evolution of fashion, and is most known for unique, fair-trade, hand-block-printed clothing.

Kathakali dance and ancient martial arts performances regularly show in Cochin and other cities, temples and villages.

Luxury trains that traverse through the most romantic castles of India, await the discerning.

And the nearby Western Ghats mountain range are home to some of India’s most breathtaking National Parks.

I know the most trustworthy drivers, who will pick you up in luxury vans, build you campfires in lush forest locations, and take you home to have dinner with their families, if you wish to do so.

I know owners of home-stays (small, family-run hotels) who will teach you how to cook home-made Indian food, take you to the market on Sunday, and will wait up to make sure you have hot tea and hugs the moment you arrive.

I know where you can glamp under the stars with a personal butler roasting you a four course champagne dinner, laze at a hidden jewel of a beach, and experience Ayurveda healing in a charmingly appointed bedchamber of an erstwhile royal.

Whether you are looking for glamour, romance and luxury or to taste the soul of rural India, it is all possible with Ayurgamaya.

My friends, who own these Condé Nast and Lonely Planet approved properties, give my clients the best of the best.

From a personal boat ride at an island luxury home-stay to strolls through the village to the local Krishna temple, you are treated like family, and given additional perks that you wouldn’t even know to ask for.

The reason for all this is that I attract loving, considerate, respectful clients, and all of my friends in India love treating my clients as friends.
